Practice Leaflets

Having a practice leaflet available to your patients is a requirement of the Community Pharmacy Contract in Wales. We can provide you with a bespoke electronic copy of a leaflet for you to print and use.

The leaflet can be amended to include your pharmacy details and opening hours, and you can also choose to remove any of the services that you do not offer in your pharmacy.
